Sub-accounts help to delegate work to employees and family members. Each person can update products or manage products.

The transfer function allows the transfer of product ownership from the producer to the buyer (trader, distributor, supermarket…). The whole process is recorded on the blockchain.

• Correct information: Ensure buyer information is correct and complete

• Partial transfer: Can be sold to many different customers
• Save the invoice: Keep transaction evidence off the blockchain

• Unable to undo: Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
• Transaction fees: There may be an ORI fee to make the transfer.
• Confirm carefully: Double check all information before confirming
• Loss of ownership: After transfer, there is no longer ownership of the product.

• Status update: Product status changed to “Sold”
• Timeline update: Transfer information appears on QR code
• Income recorded: Revenue is reported in the report
• End customers: Full supply chain information can be looked up

Harvesting is the most important step, marking the completion of the production process. After harvesting, the product will have a QR code for customers to look up the entire history from creation to harvest.

After completing the harvest, the system will automatically generate a QR code containing all traceability information:

• Complete profile: Full timeline from inception to harvest
• Official QR code: Customers can look up at any time
• Increase value: Products can be sold at higher prices
• Brand reputation: Affirming quality commitment
• Export: Meet international traceability requirements

• Unable to undo: Once the harvest is confirmed, it cannot be edited.
• Exact quantity: Weigh carefully before importing
• Clear photo: The final image is very important to the client.
• Save QR code: Backup QR file to avoid loss

Updating care information helps create detailed traceability records, documenting each step in the production process. Customers can see a full timeline of how their products are cared for.

• Regular updates: Should be updated immediately after each care activity so as not to forget.
• Quality photography: The photo is clear, bright enough, showing the actual situation.
• Detailed description: Clearly state the dosage, time, and reason for implementation.
• Using group updates: Products in the same group can be updated in bulk.

• Unable to delete: Information posted to the blockchain cannot be completely deleted.
• GPS location: Each update will record the current location.
• Automatic time: Update time is recorded automatically
• Update fee: ORI fees may apply if the location is far from the property.

Creating a raw product is the first step in the traceability process. Here, you will create a “raw product” containing all the information about the product being grown/raised on your land.

Product categories help classify and manage products scientifically. OGORI system supports many different categories:

Choose the right category to make it easy for customers to find your products. Some categories may have special traceability procedures (e.g., aquaculture requires water information, livestock requires feed information).

If there is no suitable category, fill in the name of the new category you need to create, then click on the category section that appears in the form: “+ category name” to create a new category

Product groups allow you to manage multiple products of the same type efficiently, which is especially useful for bulk updates.

When creating a product, your current GPS location will be recorded. The system will calculate the distance from your current location to the selected plot:

• Green (< 10m): Free product creation
• Gold (10-30m): Fee 1000 ORI
• Red (> 30m): Fee 1000 ORI

The farmland is where you produce your products. The system uses GPS coordinates to determine the location and area of the land on the blockchain, ensuring transparency of geographical origin.

• Using satellite mode: Real-world land boundaries are easier to identify than regular map mode.
• Field trip: Should go to each corner of the land to mark most accurately
• Check carefully before activating: Once activated, coordinates can no longer be edited.
• Reasonable division: If there are many different types of crops, it is advisable to create separate plots for easy management.
